Orders will be processed in the order that they are received.

Orders can be placed Monday-Friday. Orders placed on the weekends will be acknowledged the following Monday.

Orders that have been confirmed cannot be changed.

Nail sizing is the responsibility of the customer. Nail sizing kits are available for purchase if customers do not wish to measure their nails manually. Forever LMRxo will not be responsible for incorrect sizing.

Due to the customization of each set of nails, there are no refunds or exchanges.

Mailing addresses and emails should be double-checked at checkout to prevent any delays or possible fees incurred for returns/reshipping. Fees for returns/reshipping will be the customer's responsibility.

Emails used during purchasing will be the email receiving all updates regarding your order. Please make sure you have access to that email.

For all orders, please allow 3-5 business days for the shipping of your set(s). Sizing kits will be shipped within 24-48hrs of your order date if purchased. Orders placed around or near the holidays will experience longer processing and delivery times.

Forever LMRxo will not be responsible for any mishaps that occur with mailing carriers once packages have been entered into their system. Inquiries regarding mishandling of packages should be addressed with the mail carrier.
